They use a unique open-cell foam saturated with gel, which allows the dressing to be completely impregnated. More gel can be added to the wound, achieving greater heat absorption and improved cooling of the burn. They are constructed with a special, soft, open-cell foam saturated with the effective BurnFree burn treatment gel. It doesn't drip, so you can continue with your normal activities.

A single application of sterile dressings is an effective first aid measure against burns.
