How does our skin react to a burn?

Two things concern us primarily when faced with a burn:

• PAIN: Nerve endings are exposed to the air, which can make the wound very painful.
• PROGRESSION OF THE BURN: The heat remains in the burned area for a long time, even if we have removed the heat source, and the burn continues to progress and damage the area.

BurnFree Gel solves both burn problems. First, it covers the nerve endings, providing immediate pain relief. Second, the gel immediately cools the burned area, absorbing heat, slowing the burn's progression, and allowing the body to begin the healing process.
