L-Mesitran Medical Honey Ointment has a thick ointment texture and is ideal for most wounds (burns, abrasions, cuts, pressure ulcers, etc.). It is especially recommended for difficult wounds requiring removal of necrosis and debris. After application, it is recommended to cover the area with a bandage or gauze. Reapply every 1-2 days.

Antibacterial ointment with 48% clinical-grade honey, hypoallergenic medical-grade lanolin, aloe vera, calendula, zinc oxide, and antioxidant vitamins C and E. Provides visible results from the first application.

Directions
- Indicated for the treatment of all types of superficial and deep wounds.
- Superficial and serious wounds, such as abrasions and donor sites.
- Superficial and partial thickness burns (1st and 2nd degree).
- Chronic wounds such as pressure ulcers, varicose, arterial and diabetic ulcers.
- Fungal lesions (to help deodorize and debride).
- Postoperative surgical wounds.
Use
Cover with alginate, hydrofiber, foam, or compress. Reapply the ointment after 1-3 days.
