Medical honey-based gel indicated for the healing and scarring of superficial and deep wounds
L-Mesitran SOFT contains 40% medical honey, hypoallergenic medical lanolin, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and antioxidant vitamins C and E. It has antibacterial properties. It dissolves slowly, promoting wound healing. It is easily removed. It also prevents the secondary dressing from adhering to the wound. It is indicated for the treatment and healing of most wounds, such as: Superficial and serious wounds, such as abrasions and donor sites; Superficial and partial-thickness burns (1st and 2nd degree); Chronic wounds such as pressure ulcers, varicose veins, arterial ulcers, and diabetic ulcers; Fungal lesions (to aid deodorization and debridement); and postoperative surgical wounds.

It is an antibacterial gel containing 40% medicinal honey, hypoallergenic medicinal lanolin, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and antioxidant vitamins C and E. When L-Mesitran comes into contact with the wound, fluid is drawn from the surrounding tissues, creating a moist, healing environment. It provides visible results from the first application.

Indicaciones

Uso
Apply directly to the wound and cover with a dressing. Repeat every 1-3 days.
