Wound packing trainer, including gunshot wounds, for realistic simulation of traumatic scenarios.

Thigh model the size and shape of a human thigh for wound packing training. Produced from skin-safe, prosthetic-grade platinum silicone, the simulator is robust, washable, and reusable. It features two wounds with bleeding tubes that allow the instructor to simulate significant hemorrhage. Students can accurately see if they are successfully stopping the bleeding, as the blood does not continue to flow if the correct pressure is applied.

The three thigh wounds include a gunshot entry and exit wound, with a large internal cavity and a deep, superficial oval abrasion. Ref. TR0391
